1.1 Credit Card
We accept Visa and Mastercard. Your credit card details (name on card, number, expiry date and last 3 digits of the number on the back of your card) will be requested on the Virtual Card Services page. www.foodle.co.za guarantees safe credit card transactions.

1.2 Bank deposits or Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT)
Paying by bank deposit or electronic funds transfer (EFT) is easy. Go ahead and place your items in your cart and when you reach the point where you must pay, simply select the "Pay by EFT" option.

2.4    Electronic Communications
When a user visits www.foodle.co.za or sends e-mails to Foodle, that user consents to receiving communications from Foodle electronically and agrees that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications sent by foodle satisfies any legal requirements, including but not limited, to the requirement that such communications should be "in writing".

3.    Return / Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt. If we supply the wrong product or if the product is in any way faulty or damaged, we will exchange it for the correct one. We will make a reasonable effort to exchange the product, but if replacement is not possible, we will refund your purchase price including delivery costs.

If you selected bank deposit as a payment option, and wish to return the product, full bank deposit details must be provided. If you selected credit card as a payment option please inform us, if the refund amount is to be paid back to your credit card.

Can you ship to anywhere in South Africa?
Yes, we will deliver your Foodle© to any physical address in South Africa.

Can you ship internationally?
Yes, we can ship internationally. The delivery cost will vary from location to location. Contact us for a delivery outside the borders of South Africa.

Can I pay via EFT?
Yes, you can pay via EFT. Follow the payment procedures on Buy now and remember to use the Reference number in your payment confirmation / deposit.

Can I pick-up the board game myself?
Yes, you can pick-up the board game at the office of Funkey Health, First floor, Anansi Park, corner of Church and Chenoweth Street, Durbanville, Cape Town, South Africa. No delivery cost will be payable if you collect the game yourself.

Can I get a VAT invoice?
Yes, you can print your tax invoice after your payment has been processed.
