Q: How can I be sure to eat enough fruit and veggies a day?
A: Try to eat at least 5 different types of fruit and veggies a day. Summer means salads, a fantastic way to put even more colour in your life. If you live on the other side of the planet and it's getting cold... how about warm nutritious soup? Another tip: Pack a lunch box for yourself (obviously for the children too!) and put in 3 different types of fruit and/or veggies together with wholewheat bread and a protein snack e.g. a yoghurt.

Q: Why do you think people should play Foodle©?
A: Nutritional knowledge is expanding daily. You may be street smart, but are you "food smart?" Do you know what to look for on a food label? If you go to a restaurant and read marketing messages, do you know what it actually means? Are you bored with the same old board games.... Then try something new, funny and educational. Learn and laugh on your way to the finish... Do I need to say more...?

Q: I'm working hard and sometimes buy fast food for the family...and then I feel guilty. What should I do?
A: We live in a world that's spinning faster and faster. Remember, there's no such thing as bad food, but moderation is the key. It's OK to eat fast food, but limit it to once a week.
